You could imagine that with everything a casual, fast-service restaurant franchisee has to worry about, signage wouldn’t exactly be on their front burner. But you’d be wrong. According to Jay Tortorice of JenTex Delis, a 16-store Jason’s Delis franchise with locations scattered throughout the Southeast and the Midwest, the signage demands are significant — especially at his Columbus, Ohio store that features a new drive-thru concept.

“Not only did we need building signs in two elevations, but we also needed monument signs, full menu readerboards and directional signage for the drive-thru lane,” Tortorice related. “That kind of signage challenge is one thing I don’t want to have to worry about.”

So he depends on Precision Sign and Lighting to get the job done for him in a hassle- and headache-free manner at a competitive price. He admits that other companies could probably get it done, but he’s not willing to sacrifice his peace of mind when he knows that PSL’s commitment to quality service and results is the full package. “They’re really good at working with all the different municipal authorities when it comes to zoning and signage permitting,” he explained.
